Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Yasvar Labs ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our mobile apps, websites and services (together, the "Services"). It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, and the requirements of Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Some apps have their own short privacy notice that adds details specific to that app. Where an app notice and this policy differ, the app notice applies to that app.

What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address or phone number when you create an account, contact support or sign up for updates.
- Content you create in an app: such as notes, tasks or documents. Many of our apps keep this only on your device. If an app stores it on our servers, the app notice says so.
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports and how features are used. We use this to fix problems and improve the apps.
- Purchase information: if you buy a subscription or in-app item, the payment is handled by Google Play, the App Store or our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the purchase, not your card or bank details.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data unless a feature needs it and you give permission on your device first. You can withdraw that permission in your device settings at any time.
How we use your data
- To provide the features you ask for and keep your account working.
- To fix bugs, prevent misuse and keep the Services secure.
- To answer your support requests.
- To send product updates, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Consent
Where we rely on your consent, we ask for it clearly and for a specific purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time by changing the setting in the app or emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.
Service providers we use
We use trusted providers to run the Services. Depending on the app, these may include Google Firebase (database, sign-in, crash reporting and analytics), Google Play and Apple App Store billing, and our payment provider. They process data only on our instructions and under their own security commitments. Each app notice lists the providers that app uses.
Advertising
If a free app shows ads, it may use Google AdMob, which can use a device advertising ID. You can reset or limit this ID in your device settings. Apps meant for children do not show personalised ads.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records by law.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update your data;
- have your data erased;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to;
- raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
To use any of these rights, use our support form or email privacy@yasvarlabs.com from the address linked to your account. We respond within the time the law allows, and in any case within 90 days.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the app settings where available, through our support form, or by emailing privacy@yasvarlabs.com with the subject "Delete my account".
Children
Our Services are not directed at children under 18 unless an app says otherwise. If an app is meant for children, we obtain verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before processing a child's data, and we do not track children or show them targeted ads. If you believe a child has given us data without consent, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires, explaining what happened and what we are doing about it.
Data stored outside India
Some providers may store data on servers outside India. We only transfer data to countries the Government of India has not restricted, and we require providers to protect it.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app or by email.
